If you wish to cancel your order, please also email us. Keep in mind that we only process cancellations for store credit.
We typically release new arrivals every Monday and Thursday at 7 PM EST. Occasionally, we might deviate from this schedule, but we always post updates on our Instagram page, so be sure to follow us there!
Yes, we do! We often restock items that receive a lot of restock notifications or are frequently requested by customers. Make sure to sign up for restock notifications on the product page to be alerted when an item is back in stock.
No, we are currently an online-only boutique. You can shop all our collections directly on our website!
Returns & Shipping FAQs
To start a return, please visit our Return Portal linked here.
No, once the 4-day shipping window (after return approval) has passed, we are unable to accept the return. If the item is still sent, it will be shipped back to you.
Important: If your tracking shows that your item was not scanned within the 4-day window, but you did drop it off on time, please provide a receipt or slip from the post office showing the date and time of drop-off. With this proof, your return can be manually approved.
Unfortunately, no. To ensure fairness and consistency for all our customers, returns must be initiated and returned within the specified timeframe. We are unable to accept returns outside of our stated return window.
Yes! If multiple orders are placed under the same email address/account, we will automatically combine them for shipping. We will also refund any extra shipping costs incurred from the separate orders.
If your package is lost or stolen, you'll need to contact UPS or USPS directly to file a claim.
We recommend doing this as soon as possible. If you need any additional information from us to support your claim, please email us at shopmusethreads@gmail.com. Please note that chargebacks are not the appropriate way to resolve lost or stolen package issues.
